How is your outsourcing team structured?
Once an outsourcing arrangement is closed, an Account Manager will be assigned to your account, as well as a minimum to 2 stock plan administrators. The Account Manager will be your main point of contact of equity plan administration and the two stock plan administrators will provide continuity of support so that someone is always on-hand with direct knowledge of your account and environment. We can then easily scale as you grow by adding additional administrators as needed.
Do you provide an equity platform?
We do not provide equity platform. However, we support all the common equity platforms (Equity Edge Online, Schwab, Fidelity, Shareworks, etc.) and have equity specialists ready to assist.
What is needed of our team in begin the process of scoping and receive a proposal?
We will need you to fill out a standard discovery document that gives us insight into the type and scale of your current environment. Our team is happy to walk you through that document should any questions arise. Following the completion of that, we will be able to provide a quote.
